SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship to the Northeast Region. All
orders are shipped overnight or 2-day via Federal Express or UPS. Shipping
prices range from $17.00 to $90.00 depending on the destination address,
zip code and the dimensions of shipping box. IN SOME AREAS OF NY, NJ, &
CT CAKES/PIES CAN BE SHIPPED GROUND AND WILL GET THERE OVERNIGHT. PLEASE
CALL 914-522-0186 FOR SHIPPING PRICING BEFORE ORDERING.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Credits for late shipping (i.e.
package did not arrive until the next day) and damaged product claims (maximum
$100.00 and must be done within 15 days – otherwise claim cannot be
honored) are handled by Federal Express and UPS. It is the purchaser’s
responsibility to check the address and numbers for accuracy. Wrong address
or lack of is not OMG’s responsibility and no new cake will be shipped
or credit given. If the item is a gift, they should notify the recipient
that a perishable gift is coming on that day. We, OMG, have a release with
Fed Ex and UPS and all packages are left on the porch if no one is home,
UNLESS the purchaser requests a signature. This must be done at order entry
so we mark our label signature required. If purchaser requests a signature
and the recipient is not at home to sign, the product will not be delivered
until the following day and thus the product will not be good. So for that
reason we recommend a release of package. OMG is not responsible for packages
that require a signature. If we, OMG, make an error in labeling or product
contents, we will either reship or not bill for the product.
If the error falls on Federal Express or UPS, or any other courier and OMG
is able to file claim and receive credit for shipping fees, we will reship.
If Federal Express or UPS errors by the “Act of God” paragraph
(weather or uncontrolled circumstances), they will not refund for shipping
nor honor their $100.00 money back guarantee. In this case, OMG will reship
the product, but purchaser will have to pay for additional shipping charges.
No refunds will be given.
