The recipes in “Mangia,
It’s Good for You!” sound so good I couldn’t make up my
mind what to try first…so I made 6 different recipes out of the book
the first week I bought it. They all turned out delicious and impressed
the toughest critics: my Italian in-laws! The family pictures and humorous
stories add a warmth and charm to this novel cookbook making it a pleasure
to read and learn from.

many, many moons ago and no one can beat her cooking. I purchased my Aunt
Hedy's cookbook and I am so proud. The recipes, stories and pictures are
really true blue. Some of the cookbooks you buy in a store are not easy
recipes. I am so proud of Aunt Hedy and I wish her the best. The cheesecake
and carrot cake that you can buy are unbelievable. When I was a little girl
and my Mom Angie told me we were going to Aunt Hedy's for dinner it was
